Introducing our new collaboration and partnership ...

ART WAYFINDING

During collaboration with Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), Brush Development and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects designed the new Evergreen House in Summerville, SC, a thriving Montessori memory care community. Penny & Lucy Lou Art was instrumental in providing clear, vibrant images to complement the building design and aid in wayfinding. After working together on that project, Penny & Lucy Lou Art has now become partners with Brush Development Company.

As partners, Brush Development and Penny & Lucy Lou Art are ready to serve the Senior Living Industry. By consulting with Jennifer’s knowledge on Montessori for Aging and Dementia, Penny creates bright, bold, art used by residents as wayfinding throughout their communities --
the localized art will benefit seniors day to day as cognitive cues.
